This 470 unit condo complex sprawls over 50 wooded acres. It has 1,2, & 3 bedroom units. There are 2 pools (one family, one adults only), tennis courts, a basketball court, and a playground. It's on site management has been very responsive. 2 bedroom townshouses are selling in the mid-to-upper 50s. Roughly 1180 sq ft for a 2-bedroom townhouse. Close to I75, SR 725, off of SR 741, just north of the Dayton Mall. Very low crime--management has a working relationship with local police and there are regular patrols.
Pros: Affordable, Good Neighborhood, Lots of space
Cons: Dogs upto 25 lbs only, All condos have rules
