I will be the first to admit that I'm not a "neat freak". Not only did Hidy Collision do a wonderful job on the body work after I wrecked my car, but I honestly could not believe how they detailed and cleaned the inside, which was not in good shape, because of how I care for things. Other positives were the new facility, parking, easy access off the highway, friendly staff and convenient hours. Actually, speaking of convenient hours...I couldn't make it in during their normal business hours to pick-up my car, but the manager insisted on going over the car with me so I could see exactly what they did, so he stayed late for me. Before I came to Hidy Collision, I felt like anywhere I went was just going to take advantage of me because I do not know anything about the automotive industry. I KNOW that I can trust Hidy Collision. I don't want to say "I'll be back", because, nothing against Hidy Collision, but I hope I never have another accident, but IF I do, then WILL be back! Two Thumbs Up!
Pros: Manager Marty is awesome.

I agree with the previous review; this shop is TOP NOTCH! I've had my fair share of accidents but this was my first time with Hidy Collision. What a great job and I loved being able to talk with the manager directly as opposed to going through the receptionist or secretary for everything. You've got a lifetime customer in me!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the experts at Hidy Collision Center. I was devasted when I was involved in an accident in my car that I'd only had a few weeks, and thought it would never be the same again. Hidy Collision not only took the time to assure me over and over that the car would look as good as it did before the accident, they even took the time to email me photos every day of the work that was being done to my car. When I picked it up, I truly could not believe how great my car looked. On top of the fine job they did with the body work, they detailed the interior of my car, and it truly looked better than the day I bought it. Kudos to manager, Marty Cox. What a fine operation you are running!
Pros: New, clean body shop. Had contact with the manager directly.
