Freindly, knowledgable, owner who helped with our selection , design and installation requirements. They offered(they almost insisted!) that we take samples home to assist in our selection process. They provided free computer drawings so that we could see the impact of various sizes and setting attitudes of tile on our environment. They offered fairly priced installation services suppervised by the store owner. They have been in business for over 20 years and appear to have many repeat customers.
Pros: small showp with over 1500 samples available to be checked out, idea books of completed assignments
Cons: not much parking
