This bridal shop was disorganized switching orders and taking incorrect sizes. To add injury to insult they refused to apologize for their mistakes and demanding that parties not involved fix their mistakes. A wedding is something you do not want to compromise on so do yourself a favor and save everyone the stress go to a different bridal shop.
