This was our first visit, and we were happy with everything! The service was perfect - attentive and friendly without being annoying. The menu selection was great - lots of vegetarian items to choose from, and way beyond the basic "cheese pizza". And the food was excellent - it wasn't greasy, the pizza crust was just thin enough to be chewy without being overwhelming, and it was obvious the ingredients were high-quality. We loved the whole cloves of roasted garlic! The salads were also very good. So nice to have something other than iceburg lettuce/tomatoes/cheese to choose from. The restaurant is a little pricey for pizza, but the serving sizes were large (the side salad was huge) and we had plenty for lunch the next day. This will be one of the few restaurants we will frequent in Dayton.

I have eaten lunch at Dewey's a few times with coworkers. I don't usually crave pizza, but Dewey's is an exception. We are always seated promptly (within a few minutes of arrival) and the service it outstanding (not too much, not too little). They have a wonderful menu selection of pizzas. Their pizzas are not very greasy and are available in such a variety of tastes that everyone is bound to find a few that they love. Our group favorites are the Fajita Chicken pizza and the Socrates pizza. I would defnitely recommend trying it out!
